Refund Policy

Cancellation fees for events will be as follows:

• 100% refund 30 days prior to an event
• 50% refund 15-29 days prior to the event
• 25% refund 8 days prior to the event
• No refund 7 days prior to the event

Refund for products

• If you are not happy with any of our projects we will provide a refund within 7 days of purchase. 

*** All cancellations/refunds may be subject to a $30 fee or deduction of non-refundable fees from third party payment agencies (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
